  • Can I visit/walk-in at YouMart?
    Unfortunately our facilities are not open for visitors walk-in as we operate solely online. However, our facility in Yishun is open as a parcel Pick-Up/Drop-Off Service Point for ShopeeXpress, J&T Express and Park N' Parcel.     Though our Convenience Hub operates 24/7, our Customer Services operates 10am to 10pm all week, excluding Public Holidays.

  • What kind of shipping options YouMart offer?
    We provide 2 different options of shipping. Standard Delivery (expect to receive your order 2-4 days from your date of order) Same-Day Delivery* (expect to receive your order on the same day of your order before 10pm) *Cut off time for Same-Day Delivery is 6pm from Monday to Sunday, excluding Public Holidays

    Unfortunately, we do not shop internationally as we serve convenience our customers locally. Maybe some day?

  • How do I track my order?
    You can use your order number to track your order on our tracking page, for both Standard and Same-Day deliveries!
  • Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
    Order cancellation and modification policies vary. Please contact customer support as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.
  • Does YouMart offer FREE trial period?
    Yes, we do! For 15 days, we offer the following: 1) FREE 1 cubic metre storage 2) NO pick & pack fees (applicable to sole and combined orders) 3) NO YouMart commission or subscription fees 4) ACCESS to orders management access (accessible via desktop or mobile) 5) ACCESS to inventory management access (accessible via desktop or mobile) 6) NO stocks receiving or orders return fee *Fees apply at prevailing rates when but not limited to additional storage required, or shopping platforms respective commissions.
  • What is a YouMart Merchant?
    Being a YouMart Merchant just means that you subscribed to one of YouMart e-commerce plans, handling your backend operations like inventory, logistics and/or frontend operations like selling and marketing.
  • How does being a YouMart Merchant helps my business?
    Between our 2 plans, Orders Fulfilment Plan and YouMart Merchant Plan, our merchants can focus on growing their business while we handle the complexities of orders fulfilment and customer satisfaction. Click here to read more of what our plans has to offer you!
  • What are the fees to be a YouMart Merchant?
    Our plans are catered to offer value for services, and fees vary between plans. Click here to see all applicable fees of what our plans has to offer you! But if our plans are not for you, let us know here because we do customise our plans to fit to your business needs!
  • Are there any hidden fees to be a YouMart Merchant?
    We do not take any other fees that what has been indicated on our plans. However, taking up the YouMart Merchant plan will have fees that are billed by respective shopping platforms which YouMart does not absorb. Lazada - Commission Fee: 4.36% (inclusive of 9% GST) - Transaction Fee: 2.18% (inclusive of 9% GST) Shopee - Commission Fee: 5.45% (inclusive of 9% GST) - Transaction Fee: 2.18% (inclusive of 9% GST) TikTok - Commission Fee: 3.27% (inclusive of 9% GST) - Transaction Fee: 2.18% (inclusive of 9% GST) GrabMart - Commission Fee: 32.7% (inclusive of 9% GST) Deliveroo - Commission Fee: 32.7% (inclusive of 9% GST) YouMart Convenience Hub - Transaction Fee: 2% (no GST applicable) *Deduction is based on (Product Selling Price) - (Applicable Fee)
  • How about other fees like shipping and service fees. How does YouMart calculate?
    We do not bill service fees. Even if YouMart is subscribed to platform programmes, YouMart will absorb those service fees. Shipping fees will be billed equally amongst the number of merchants in 1 order. Example Order 123 consist of 3 items from 3 different merchants, A, B and C. If the order shipping fee is $3, the shipping fee billed to each merchant will be $1. (Regardless of the number of items, size or weight)
  • How do I know when I have an order?
    All your backend operations handled by us can be accessible via a mobile application or web browser. Every time any of your products in an order, you will be notified via email* and your mobile*. *Ensure proper settings for both/either to receive email or mobile notifications.
  • How do I keep track of my inventory?
    All your backend operations handled by us can be accessible via a mobile application or web browser. Your inventory information and quantity are reflected in real-time, and are accessible any time. You'll receive email* and mobile* notifications every time there is an adjustment to your inventory. *Ensure proper settings for both/either to receive email or mobile notifications.
  • Can I implement my own marketing campaigns on my own products/services/rentals?
    Yes! Upon merchant onboarding, you will be briefed on how to do so. Note that YouMart offers 3 different funding campaigns: Merchant Funded (100%) YouMart Funded (100%) Merchant-YouMart Co-Funded* *Merchants can only submit Merchant Funded campaigns, where the other 2 campaigns can only be proposed by YouMart, subjected to the involved merchant(s) approval.
  • What do I do when i have questions or I have a problem?
    Good thing you will be assigned a dedicated merchant manager to attend to any queries or issues. You will be invited to a Whatsapp Group Chat with our team from merchant services including your dedicated merchant manager.
  • Are my customers' personal information safe when they shop on your site?
    Yes, we take privacy seriously. Our website uses secure encryption technology to protect your personal information during transactions. You can refer to our privacy policy here!
