We provide the following delivery options on our website; Islandwide On-Demand Delivery (1-3 hours from time of order) Islandwide Same-Day Delivery (before 10pm on day of order) available from; Monday to Sunday 12pm to 10pm (cut-off at 6pm) Islandwide Standard Delivery (2-4 days from day of order) available from; Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) Zonal Express Delivery (90 minutes from time of order) available for; Yishun & Canberra residents only from Monday 12pm to Sunday 7pm (only on www.youmart.sg) Self-Collection (30 minutes from time of order) available from; Monday 12pm to Sunday 7pm

For our Grab, Foodpanda and Deliveroo stores, your order will be delivered by the respective delivery partners. For our Shopee and Lazada stores, you are required to add the desired On-Demand Delivery (1-3 hours from time of order) or Same-Day Delivery (before 10pm on day of order) to your shopping cart, including the products you intend to purchase. Or you can still order as per normal with Islandwide Standard Delivery.

YouMart aims to provide a range of products from daily essentials to shopping platforms. We are always looking to onboard merchants that provides a significant contribution to your shopping experience!

For a start, we provide flexible and affordable subscriptions to start-up or expand your business. From $19 per month; we store, we sell, we fulfil, all for you!

Every YouMart merchant will have their products listed on all our platforms; Grab, Foodpanda, Deliveroo, Shopee and Lazada. (More to come soon!) However, do note that certain platforms has tighter restrictions to the products listed on its platform. For more information, chat with our Merchant Support to check on your product eligibility.

The subscription covers the storage, listing, marketing, and packing fees! YouMart takes the agreed commission rate (for monthly plans + commission only) and. Do note that each platform takes a certain fee which would be deducted accordingly from your order. (Refer to platform fees for more information and calculation)

Platform fees are charges by platforms like Grab and Shopee for every sale made. You can refer to the platform fees calculation below; Grab : Order Amount x (30% Fees + 7% GST) Foodpanda : Order Amount x (25% Fees + 7% GST) Deliveroo : Order Amount x (30% Fees + 7% GST) Lazada : (Order Amount + Buyers Shipping Fee) x (2% Commission Fee + 7% GST) x (2% Transaction Fee + 7% GST) Shopee : (Order Amount + Buyers Shipping Fee) x (2% Commission Fee + 7% GST) x (2% Transaction Fee + 7% GST)

YouMart bears all delivery option costs offered on www.youmart.sg only. However, each platform imposes delivery fees that which will be deducted from every order. If your order contains products by other merchants, delivery fee will be divided equally amongst merchants included. (Example: Delivery Fee = $3, Merchants Included = 3. Cost = $1 per Merchant)

YouMart's commission is based on total price of every items sold, after less discount. (Example: Product Price = $10, Merchant/YouMart Funded Discount = $2, YouMart Commission = 5%. Commission Amount = ($10 - $2 ) x 5% = $0.40)

All inventory, orders and marketing updates will be done via an digital management tool that is accessible by mobile application or desktop. Our Merchant Support will guide the usage of the digital management tool upon onboarding.

YouMart will disburse sales proceeds to its merchants every monday via PayNow.

If you subscribe our plans with recurring payments, your debit/credit card will be automatically charged 3 days prior to your plan renewal. If you made payments via offline payment, you will receive an invoice via email 3 days prior to your plan renewal.
