What is YouMart? YouMart is an Online Retail Enabler managing and fulfilling products and services from various merchants, providing various delivery options as a local Online Convenience Hub.
What does YouMart sell? We sell products, services and rentals of all kinds. But these products, services and rentals are by our merchants. We manage their backend operations.
So what does YouMart merchants do? Because YouMart manages the merchants' start-to-end operations, the merchant can focus more time on their business development.
What if the merchant chooses to be in YouMart store and have their own personal store? Good thing is we partnered up with a Digital Consultant that is able to setup their own stores and even managing the store entirely. The more similar listings in a single shopping platform, the better.
How can I trust YouMart on the orders and my inventory? We provide access to an online portal that reflects real-time data on any orders or inventory change. This can be accessed on the go via a mobile application or by desktop viewing from your computer.
How is YouMart subscription prices to be a merchant is much lower than any other ecommerce enabler? We reduced the prices significantly because we aim to onboard as much merchants to have on our YouMart Store. A convenience hub with little selection would not be convenient at all. More importantly, we wouldn't want to strain our merchant's monthly budget and profit with our fees especially for merchants with small profit margin.
Does YouMart have a fixed plans for merchant subscriptions? At the moment, we have monthly plans for Food & Beverage merchants, Retail & Ecommerce merchants, and Service & Rental merchants. Of course of each category, merchants are able to choose either 'Monthly Plan only' or 'Monthly Plan with Commission'. But that's not all! If merchants feel like there are elements that they may or may not require, they can always reach out to our Merchant Support to customise their monthly plan. Hey, as long as it works for both parties, right?
So how is YouMart different from other e-commerce enablers? Every enabler has their own Unique Selling Point. For YouMart, we list and market all of our merchants' products under 1 store, our YouMart Store. This would increase buyers preference in our store, just because customers will only need to pay delivery fee once. Instead of buying products from multiple stores with multiple delivery fees. And also, we try to be onboard all shopping platforms available.
