Why is YouMart called a Convenience Hub and not a Store?
'Hub' defines as a central point that connects multiple users in a single network. That is what YouMart is. We connect multiple businesses products, services and rentals together.
How are your services and rentals a convenience?
The services and rentals we managed are tuned to daily tasks and seasonal periods. Example; rental of Speaker System for birthday parties, or rental of sledgehammer for home improvements.
How do I book an equipment from YouMart?
Booking our rentals are as easy as purchasing a product of any shopping platform.
1) Check availability 2) Select dates for booking 3) Add any additional options 4) Make payment and collect equipment or wait for delivery
What are the additional options that YouMart offers?
For every rental equipment, there is a 'delivery + collection' option. Or, you can choose to collect and return on your own. Some other rentals like Speaker System, has option for setup if you wish to save time and leave the experts to it.
How is the payment like?
You are to make full payment prior to the rented dates, including any additional option fees. The refundable deposit is then required to be paid on the day of collection or delivery.
What happens if the equipment is not performing to my expectation?
You can reach out to our team via any of our communication channels. Our Customer Support operates Monday to Sunday from 12pm to 10pm, including public holidays.
Where can I book YouMart rentals?
You can book rentals from our Lazada, Shopee and YouMart Online stores. We're offering 20% of all rentals only on YouMart Online till 30 November. So book now on www.youmart.sg, and redeem any day this year or next year!
